I had such an incredible experience dealing with Absolute Best Carpet Cleaners the other day. The carpet cleaning staff was very professional and got to work right away. They arrived at my Boca Raton home right on time, and quickly assessed the situation with the carpeting in the house. They weren’t as mortified about the situation as I was, and acted as if this was something the encountered every day at work. One of my husband’s friends from up North called to let us know he and his family would be in Boca Raton for a visit. Naturally, hubby offered to let his family stay at our home while they were in the area, so they could cut down on their expenses. I thought that all would be fine and dandy, but this certainly wasn’t the case. Well, the first two days went without any problems but when I woke up on the third morning, I was absolutely shocked beyond any shock I have even been in my entire life. OK, my husband’s friend Jim and his wife have three autistic children. They range in age from like fourteen months up to five years. I went into the kitchen and they had everything on the lower shelves and door of the refrigerator and freezer strewn throughout the house. One would think that would be enough to drive me crazy, but it got worse. Apparently, the eldest child knew how to remove his and the other kids diapers. Now, I’ll tell you about the mortifying part. The child threw the dirty diapers up into the ceiling fans in one of the guest bedrooms, and in the living room. There was soggy diaper debris everywhere, as was fecal matter. It was on the ceilings, walls, furniture, just everywhere! We had to awaken Jim and Nancy, and they didn’t seem so shocked. The child has done this numerous times in the past. One would think that they would have warned us, or brought their baby monitor with them to ensure this type of thing didn’t happen. They did apologize, and help clean the walls and stuff, but left us with the horrific problem of cleaning the carpets and upholstery.
