The Best Carpet Cleaning in Fort Lauderdale

Our family dog passed away about a year ago and of course, we all were absolutely devastated. Shannon was much more than a pet, she was a major part of our family. Shannon never went off to the boarding kennel in Fort Lauderdale when we went on vacation, she came with us and other vacationers loved her. She never had accidents in the house, except for the first week that she came home. She was only a baby puppy at the time, only nine weeks old.

My Tile Floor Looks Brand New

My wife and I had purchased a home in Boca Raton about ten years ago, when the property values had skyrocketed. Unfortunately, the real estate values plummeted a few years later and we were completely upside down and inside out with our mortgage. It was awful. We didn’t want a foreclosure on our credit, so we went with doing a short sale for our home. That was bad, but not quite as bad as a foreclosure. We did the best that we could to cut our losses, minimize credit damage, and make it easier to move on.

The Dangers of Cleaning Your Own Oriental Rug

Many people in West Palm Beach have Oriental rugs in their homes to add a bit of interest to otherwise plain floors. In all honesty, it didn’t make any sense for me to maintain the bills at my Fort Lauderdale condo when I knew I couldn’t stay there. Smelly Carpets are the Worst

There is nothing worse than going into a relative or friend’s West Palm Beach home and experiencing nasty odors emanating from the wall to wall carpeting. You see, I have 3 Golden Retrievers whom I love dearly however; they love playing outside in the rain. Of course, they love the pool too but when they go swim, they dry off quickly in the sun. They simply can’t dry off when the rain keeps coming down.

Absolute Best Carpet Cleaners Saved My Oriental Rug

My home in Fort Lauderdale Florida is done in an Asian, oriental type of décor. I was an Army brat growing up and my father was stationed in a bunch of different places in Asia. I just loved the beautifully bright colors, and traditional feel of the décor in the homes we stayed in. That love stayed with me all of my life, and I decorated my Fort Lauderdale home with a lot of Asian influenced art, furniture and knick knacks. It makes me feel happy and serene after a long day at work dealing with crazy people who want something for nothing. My Worst Nightmare Came True

Let me start by saying that my mother-in-law and I have never, ever gotten along, and even after thirty years of marriage, we still do not get along. Anyway, I was preparing for her annual visit. I thank my lucky stars that she lives seven hundred miles away. I got rid of every single cobweb in my Boca Raton home. Anything that could be dusted was dusted. I polished all of the granite, Murphy’s Oil Soaped the wood cabinets. The house looked amazing. It was so clean that you could eat off of any surface in the house. That is, until my husband showed up after work and walked inside with greasy boots on his feet.

My New House Disaster

After about five and a half years of saving every penny we could, my husband and I were able to get together enough money for a down payment on our first home in Fort Lauderdale. We were the first ones in either of our families to step across the line, step up to the plate, and take our wonderful swing at becoming homeowners. Both of our families were extremely proud of the major accomplishment that we made in our lives. I should say that we are both 28 years old, and have a spectacular, brilliant, adorable three year old. Yes, I am a proud Mama, so deal with it.

Buyer Beware When the House Has Tile Floors

After scrimping and saving for five long years, my husband and I finally had enough money to make a down payment on the house of our dreams. We were absolutely thrilled. The house had all new appliances, and fresh paint with colors I could actually live with. There were tiles throughout the house, which meant no worries about carpet cleaning. The former owners had loads of area rugs throughout all of the rooms. Considering the owner had tons of knickknacks all over the place, I just thought she was a little on the eccentric side. I was very wrong. Right after the closing, we went to the house to clean it. I wanted it pristine for moving all of our new furniture in. My jaw dropped. Little did we know that those area rugs placed everywhere in the house were covering horrible stains! I was in a state of shock. There’s no way that we could afford to replace all of the tile. Our budget was tight as could be with the new mortgage.
